Since 1967 Tom Eiter has developed his knowledge hands on. Starting with 3 years at Ernst and Ernst (now known as Ernst and Young) as an auditor, then 10 years at Allied Van Lines where he moved up rapidly and achieved the level of Controller, managing people across the country and internationally. Later he managed multi-million dollar real estate developments and rental projects. With this experience, he earned a reputation as being knowledgeable about business, financial and tax issues. Armed with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and all of his hands on experience, qualifies Tom as a Financial Consultant who works with Business Owners as well as Individuals using the following process:

· Analysis-  Performing tests

· Valuation-  Coming to a diagnosis

· Facilitation-  Developing a treatment plan
